The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for the efficiency of the business and will oversee Investa’s ongoing operations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead business strategies, plans and procedures for positive growth

Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs

Develop and monitor comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

Directly oversee company operations and employee productivity

Coach and motivate the team to encourage maximum performance and dedication

Monitor and evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company and other important matters

Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

Maintain and build trusted relationships with partners and clients

What you should have

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field; MBA is a plus

Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role

In-depth understanding in business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

Solid grasp in strategic planning and business development

Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs

Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
