Customer Service Associate (w/ Finance Background) will be part of the customer support team, but will specialize in handling finance related questions, issues, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Attend, identify and assess customer's finance related needs via emails, social media channels, and Investagrams' platform to achieve customer satisfaction

Attend to customer feedback and complaints and provide appropriate and prompt solution and conduct follow through to ensure resolution

Go the extra mile to engage customers and build relationship through open and interactive communication

Work with the Operations and Finance team to ensure proper customer information of product updates and releases are being delivered

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Create, update and execute communication procedures, guidelines and policies in accordance to company standards and policies

What you should have

Must be a college graduate related in banking and finance industry

Minimum of 1-year experience in Customer Service role in banking and finance industry

Must be available to work on shifting, holidays and weekends

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to remain professional and courteous to the customers at all times

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
