Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures for the protection of the company’s data, systems, and networks.
Assess and improve security systems based on the evolving security landscape and emerging threats
Troubleshoot security and network problems.
Respond to all system and/or network security breaches.
Ensure that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
Conduct routine penetration testing and identify network and system vulnerabilities.
Provide detailed assessment/report on relevant security incidents.
Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.
What you should have
A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.
2 years of work experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics.
Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), SIEM, and Endpoint Security.
Proficiency in Python and/or Power Shell is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and ethical hacking techniques.
Must be willing to work in Makati after the pandemic
