The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals.

Develop and implement growth strategies
Directly monitor company operations and employee productivity
Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Participate in expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
Prepare regular reports on the operating condition of the company and other important matters
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role, preferably in tech/fintech companies
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, operations etc.)
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
