The Growth Marketer is responsible for identifying growth opportunities by planning and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, Execute, Implement, and Manage: paid and organic campaigns to drive traffic, increase engagement, grow audience base and reach the company’s goals

Create marketing, content and platform strategies to help the company grow in terms of both revenue and users.

Analyze and Optimize Ad Performance: Utilize analytics tools to evaluate ad performance, make data-driven decisions, and enhance return on investment (ROI)

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Inspire creativity and come up with new ideas to help the team and the company 

Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends to identify growth opportunities and innovative tactics.

Produce Reports and Insights: Regularly produce reports on campaign performance and growth metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Budget Management: Manage advertising campaign budgets to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.

Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that may impact the business.

Determine key learnings from various company journey's and create data-driven recommendations that can guide the direction of the company in the short/long term

What you should have

2-5 years of proven experience in growth marketing

Experience working in tech  / investments  / finance / ecommerce / social media / tech platforms and other related fields is a plus

Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

A highly creative, data-driven and analytical mind. Knows how to captivate users and audience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Skill in collaborating with teams from different departments and effectively communicating campaign results and insights to relevant individuals

Continuous drive to learn and innovate within the digital marketing field.
