Role Overview:

The Human Resource Manager will lead all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits and compensation, and organization development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives

Manage full recruitment and selection process 

Serve as the link between the  management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Help in current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Develop and maintain knowledge of trends in overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures 

Nurture a positive working environment

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talents

Partner with the leadership team to assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

What you should have

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development Management, Organizational Development, or any related fields.

Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive

Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
