Junior Media Buyer


Role Overview:

The Junior Media Buyer will be responsible for managing Investa’s paid advertising campaigns, including but not limited to platforms like Facebook/Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads to meet the leads, conversion, and sales objectives and push for a massive growth phase in all our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms by conducting extensive keyword research, designing ad creatives, analyzing ad sets and testing and optimizing ad performances

Identify target audiences by building customer avatars or persona based on data and research

Build and run A/B testing, lookalike audiences, retargeting set ups to meet the predefined KPIs and provide recommendations for improvements

CBO budget management strategy to get us overall better results in campaigns

Oversee the ads’ daily budget and spend pacing in adherence to desired return and maximization of ROI/ROAS

Ensure daily optimization of campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment

Create weekly strategies that consider previous results, iterates on what works, and moves away from what doesn’t

Conduct analysis and report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives and deliver report to management on a regular basis

Collaborate with marketing team to develop eye catching and informative copies for ads, campaigns and landing pages  

Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

What you should have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Must have at least two (2) years of experience in using Media Ad Platforms for ads campaigns and implementation

Experience in Canva or Photoshop for creative ad design is an advantage

Strong data analytical skills, data and business understanding and ability to translate metrics into actionable insights

Ability to manage multiple ads or campaigns from multiple projects

Updated with latest trends and digital marketing best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentations skills

Keen attention to details, critical-thinker and problem-solver

Background in finance/tech/ecommerce is an advantage
