Operations Associate will be part of the finance and operations team, and will be responsible for ensuring proper day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation and sending of transaction summary files to partner companies via email and other prescribed means
Trade reconciliation with the partner companies.
Coordinate with the finance team regarding the funding of purchase orders.
Checking and reconciliation of final reports sent by the fund managers vs. Investa's algo.
Distribution of shares to clients.
Monitoring of valuation data provided by partner companies.
Maintaining registry of clients (with account numbers with partner companies).
Monitoring of investment parameters set by the partners and tagged by the system.
Checking/Reconciliation of SOA prepared by the partner companies.
Checking and uploading valuation sheets and descriptive documents of partner companies
What you should have
Must be a college graduate related in banking and finance industry
Minimum of 1-year experience in Operations Associate role in banking and finance industry
Must be available to work on shifting, holidays and weekends
Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledge about investments is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain professional and courteous to the customers at all times
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
