Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing Investa’s digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and Instagram to meet the marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of ad performance

Manage bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPIs and provide investment recommendations

Ensure daily optimization of campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment

Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations

Oversee the platforms’ daily budget, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return

Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition  

Collaborate with marketing team to develop eye catching and informative copies for ads, campaigns and landing pages  

Conduct analysis and report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives

Build and run A/B tests across different channels and formats

Mapping of ad formats aligned to the marketing objectives

Work closely with other teams to discover, test data driven ways to optimize performance

Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

Create performance campaign reports on a regular basis

What you should have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Must have at least three (3) years of experience in performance marketing

Knowledge and experience in retargeting / remarketing

Strong analytical skills, data and business understanding and ability to translate metrics into actionable insights

Experience in A/B Testing and Data Analytics

Updated with latest trends and digital marketing best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentations skills

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Keen attention to details, critical-thinker and problem-solver

Background in finance/tech/ecommerce is an advantage

Google Ads & Google Analytics Certification is a must
