Key Responsibilities
Execute lead generation through executing and managing paid and organic campaigns
Create marketing and content strategies to increase the company's social media presence and growth in terms of revenue and users.
Develops marketing and brand strategies to support organizational objectives.
Contributes to the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Works collaboratively with all other operational teams to identify and support marketing plans.
Tracks, monitors, and evaluates results for specific marketing programs and campaigns to determine ROI and support the development and refinement of future marketing plans (Online and Offline).
Implements online marketing campaigns to generate new leads and trials
Manage current and new marketing programs, with emphasis on testing to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
Updates brand identity standards and ensures consistent execution across the organization.
Project manage new technology enhancements including new platforms and digital creativity.
What you should have
2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing focusing in growth and strategy
Experience working in tech / investments / finance / ecommerce / social media / tech platforms and other related fields is a plus
Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
A highly creative, data-driven and analytical mind. Knows how to captivate users and audience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Skill in collaborating with teams from different departments and effectively communicating campaign results and insights to relevant individuals
Continuous drive to learn and innovate within the digital marketing field.
