The Jr. Accountant will help the finance team in preparing records and financial reports, managing accounting records, handling payments and other financial and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Prepares accounting entries by compiling and analyzing account information and ensures that entries are correctly and properly posted in the accounting system
Help the company in maintaining the accounting system and processes to ensure standard compliance on a daily basis
Meet monthly and year-end closing of books in a timely manner
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Substantiates financial transactions by keeping proper and useful auditing documents
Provide assistance in the preparation of requirements for year-end audit
Establish smooth processes and work with finance, accounting, settlements team
Reconciles accounting records and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Maintain a historical record of the company by safekeeping both physical documents
Complies with government or legal requirements and compliance
Make financial reports for Investagrams and its business units
What you should have
Graduate of any accounting or finance related courses
Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
Finance experience in a technology or fintech company is an advantage
Knowledgeable in QNE Business Solutions or any other accounting software
Excellent interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills
Experience in tax related filing, accounts reconciliation and dealing with auditor requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; high organizational skills
Proven integrity in dealing with internal and external contracts and in implementing company data privacy
Detail-oriented, data-driven, professional attitude and reliable
Independent and can adapt to fast-paced environment
Flexibility and eagerness to meet the challenges of a start-up organization
