The Administrative Assistant will help the operations team in a variety of administrative and compliance duties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and record all incoming and outgoing company documents
Responsible for the renewal of the company business permits and other registrations
Collect and prepare supporting documentation with all the reportorial requirements of the regulators such as the SEC and during partnership onboarding.
Coordinate with different government agencies with regards to documentary requirements needed from the company
Help the company in accomplishing and sending corporate documents and other requirements for business partnerships.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge in compliance requirements, regulations and procedures is a plus
Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
With at least one year working experience as administrative assistant or any related position
