Validate, verify, analyze, and process KYC documentation.
Perform tasks which conform to policies, procedures, and guidelines of AML
Attend, identify and assess customer's needs via emails, social media channels, and Investagrams/Investas' platform to achieve customer satisfaction
Attend to customer feedback and complaints and provide appropriate and prompt solution and conduct follow through to ensure resolution
Go the extra mile to engage customers and build relationship through open and interactive communication
Assist with user access, social network report and customer payments
Work with the marketing team to ensure proper customer information of product updates and releases are being delivered
Create, update and execute communication procedures, guidelines and policies in accordance to company standards and policies
Minimum of 1-year experience in Customer Service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain professional and courteous to the customers at all times
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
