We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to manage payroll processing, coordinate government filings and submissions, and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll and ensure accurate computation of salaries and statutory deductions.
Prepare presentation materials and educational resources.
Serve as the company's liaison for transactions with government agencies such as BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and LGUs.
Assist in business permit renewals, document submissions, and compliance-related requirements.
Process and coordinate basic company banking transactions and document submissions as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
Experience in payroll processing and handling government requirements.
Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, SEC, and LGU requirements.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Project-based engagement
Hybrid setup (primarily work-from-home)
Occasional fieldwork required, primarily within the Makati area
