The Social Media/Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong online presence for Investa, engaging with our community across various platforms, and helping to shape the voice of our brand in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with Investa’s overall marketing goals.
Work and collaborate with the marketing team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Monitor industry trends and adapt content to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and engaging.

2. Community Engagement & Management

Act as the primary point of contact for the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner.
Build relationships with followers and influencers to foster a positive and loyal community.
Monitor and engage in conversations across social platforms, fostering user-generated content and encouraging dialogue

Investagrams' Trading and Payaman Community FB Groups
Investagrams Platform
Other social media channels/communities related to the industry

What you should have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience in growing social media pages organically.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and multimedia content creation.
Ability to think strategically and analytically to drive engagement and growth.
Knowledge in FB ads and experience in Canva or Photoshop (optional but a plus).
