The Customer Service Intern will work closely with the operations and customer service team in assisting customer inquiries via email, social media channels, and Investagrams' platform.

Key Responsibilities
Willing to be familiarized in a financial technology (fintech) environment.
Understand and attend customers’ inquiries, requests, feedback, and suggestions
Process customer requests (if within access)
Provide an excellent customer service to all users
Communicate/ coordinate with internal department to solve the users’ concerns
Must be a social media savvy
Other administrative tasks
What you should have
Financial Management, Banking and Finance or Economics student
Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Has keen attention to details
Ability to communicate in both Filipino and English.
Proficiency in Google Suite Apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced learning environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
